For clarity and transparency

  1. Courses run for 4, 5 or 6 weeks.

  2. There are 10 classes a week.

  3. If you have no Pilates experience then an initial one to one assessments is conducted where posture, medical history and any rehabilitation requirements are discussed. This session is an hour long session.

  4. If you are a current class member then you can catch up any missed sessions at any of the week day classes before or after the session you have missed. You can catch up at any time, without time limit, while you remain a paid up member of a class.

  5. Payment for each course is required by the end of the previous course ( see 8)

  6. Places that have not been paid for by the end of the previous course will be offered to my waiting list.

  7. If you have paid for a course but are unable to attend any of your classes or catch up at other sessions during that course due to circumstances genuinely outside of your control then please discuss with me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

  8. Payment secures your place on the next course and gives me enough time to introduce new clients who want to join a class if you cannot make the next course.

  • By Cheque: A post dated cheque is required at the end of your CURRENT course. The date on the cheque should be the start date of your next course.

  • By BACS: Please confirm by email prior to the end of the course that you have set up an Internet transfer for 10 days before your next course starts.
